FAQ

  • What Areas do you serve?

Our company is located out of Silverton OR, we tend to stick within a hour of our radius, which brings us North to Oregon city, South to Lebanon, East to Detroit, and West to West Salem. But of course, we aren’t strict on that.

  • Are you Licensed, Bonded, and insured?

Yes! Here at RLM we carry all the necessary qualification to do our work legally and safely, including proper Licenses, Bonds, and Insurance.

  • What services do you offer

Our goal is to be a one stop shop for property owners so that we can come in, cross off everything on your needs, and wants list, such as Gravel Driveway Repairs, Forest thinning & Brush Mitigation, to Retaining walls and Horse Arenas.

  • How do you charge?

We price by the project, you will get a quote covering the scope of work, steps to completing the project, and a firm price that will not change unless you, the customer, would like to add changes to the scope of work. For specific projects there will be a written clause such as, if blank scenario were to happen then there would be an added cost to the project. No hidden costs or unexpected fees, we are absolutely open and honest with pricing.

  • What equipment do you use?

Clean and simple answer, we use the equipment that is best suited for the project, if we dont own it, we’ll rent it. Most homeowner projects get done with skid steers and track hoes, but if a bigger piece of equipment is needed for the job, were not afraid to bring it in, and get it done right.

  • Do i need to be onsite while the work is being done

No, as a matter fact its best for the customer to keep a relative distance from the equipment, yes of course you can be on property but keeping a safe distance away from the machines, if there’s a time when we need to talk to you or confirm something, well find you. If you need photo or video updates on the project, that’s not a problem whatsoever. And when you want to come put eyes on it, well shut down the machines and let you do your thing!
